By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed below.

General Terms (Applies to All Licences)

• One licence permits use in one musical composition only
• You may release your finished song commercially (streaming, downloads, labels, sync, etc.)
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the vocal files sold on Paul Hawksworth Vocals
• You may not use the topline to create a competing vocal product
• You may not claim authorship of the lyrics or melody
• You may not use the vocals to train AI voice models or similar
• These licenses are non-transferable
• Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license, removal of your content from digital platforms, and/or legal action

All toplines are sold as digital products and delivered instantly.

Non-Exclusive Toplines (Royalty-Free License)

Non-exclusive toplines are licensed on a royalty-free, non-exclusive basis.

You may:

• Use the vocal in one song
• Release your track commercially
• Monetise your track on all platforms
• Keep 100% of your master rights and revenue
• Owe no publishing or performance royalties

You may not:

• Claim exclusivity
• Resell or share the vocal files
• Include the vocals in sample packs or vocal packs

Artist Credit Notice
You may not use the name “Paul Hawksworth” (or any variation thereof) in any public-facing material, including artist credits, song titles, or metadata under any circumstance.

Exclusive Toplines 

Exclusive toplines are sold once only and removed from the store after purchase.

When purchasing an exclusive topline you are granted 100% of the master rights. This means:

• You fully own the final recorded version of the song (the master)
• You can release your track commercially
• Keep 100% of your master recording and revenue

Publishing (Songwriting Split):

Publishing splits for each exclusive vocal on the Paul Hawksworth Vocals website are as follows:

(Licensee's legal name), owns 50% of publishing rights

Paul David Hawksworth, owns 50% of publishing rights

Paul Hawksworth’s PRO (Performing Rights Organisation) and IPI number can be found in the Lyric document once assets have been downloaded after purchase of the vocal. 

If you register the song with a Performing Rights Organisation (PRO), you must credit ‘Paul David Hawksworth’ as a songwriter using the details outlined in the lyric document.

Artist Credit Notice

Artist or featured artist credit using my name requires prior written consent.
