What’s the difference between Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Vocals?
Exclusive:
- Sold once
- Removed from the store
- Publishing split applies (lyrics & melody)
- No one else will use the vocal
Non-Exclusive:
- May be licensed to multiple producers
- Royalty-free
- No publishing owed
- Lower price point
What do I receive after purchasing?
You’ll get a ZIP file with high-quality dry & wet vocal stems (WAV), a handy lyric sheet, a reference vocal mix (MP3) and the license terms.
Everything is ready for instant download after checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the nature of digital products, I don’t offer refunds.
However, if anything goes wrong with your files — corrupted download, missing stems, etc. — feel free send me an email and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Can I use the vocals commercially, worldwide and forever?
Yes — each vocal comes with unlimited commercial use worldwide and forever.
Are non-exclusive vocals royalty-free?
Yes. Non-exclusive toplines are licensed royalty-free, meaning you owe no publishing or performance royalties. You keep 100% of your master rights and income.
Do I owe publishing on non-exclusive vocals?
No. Non-exclusive vocals require no publishing split and no ongoing royalties.
Can I use a topline in more than one song?
No. One licence permits use in one composition only.
Can I resell or share the vocal files?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the vocal files.
Do I need to credit you as a featured artist?
No. Artist or featured artist credit requires prior written consent.
Do I need to credit you as a songwriter?
Only for exclusive toplines, where publishing is split 50/50 between me and the licensee.
Non-exclusive toplines do not require songwriting credit.
Can I register my song with a PRO?
Yes!
- For exclusive toplines, register using the agreed publishing split
- For non-exclusive toplines, you register 100% yourself
Can I edit or process the vocals?
Yes. You may mix, process, and adapt the vocals within your track.
Can I upload your vocals in a sample pack?
No. Redistribution of the vocals as standalone files or packs is not permitted.
Can other producers use the same vocal?
Yes, for non-exclusive toplines.
No, for exclusive toplines.
Do I need approval before release?
No approval is required as long as you follow the licence terms.
